Our
Story

Join us in celebrating the beauty and diversity of Haiti!

Haitian Day Parade Inc. was created to honor the strength, resilience, and contributions of Haitian people throughout history and across the globe. Our work began with the historic inaugural Haitian Day Parade on Central Park West in 2023, and continues as we deepen our roots in the community.

We are a New York State registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, led by a dedicated planning committee and supported by elders, youth, artists, and cultural partners.

We are dedicated to showcasing the essence of Haitian culture through vibrant costumes and live performances. Come be a part of a community that cherishes its roots and welcomes all to experience the magic of Haiti.
